Brillon began her career in HR with Hermes of Paris in New York and has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cunningham Graphics/ADP, Wyndham International and Pitney Bowes, where she partnered with senior management in the execution of their strategic plans and global HR initiatives. Veronica has a BA in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Mercy College, New York.

Beginning his career in London as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., Nevil moved to the United States in 1985 when he joined Continental Grain Company (CGC), a New York- based multi-national commodity trading, transportation, energy and food processing company and one of the largest privately-held companies in the U.S. During a 12-year career with CGC, Nevil assumed a variety of roles including that of CFO of a billion dollar European trading entity. Following CGC, Nevil was recruited by Coty Inc., the world’s largest cosmetics and fragrance manufacturer as the company’s VP General Auditor to establish the company’s first ever internal audit function. Throughout his eight years with Coty, he was an active participant in the company’s global strategic initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, business restructurings and technology platform roll-outs. Fluent in French and German, Nevil has B.Sc. with honors in in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Leeds, England. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
